  • You will need to register your interest via the Rehab’d website in order to become an active provider and receive work through the Rehab’d marketplace.

  • No, we only have a set number of Physios in an area ready to take work. Once you have registered you will either be informed you are either an active provider or on the wait list. If you are an active provider you will receive referrals when work becomes available in your designated area. If you are on the wait list, we will inform you of how many providers are in front of you.

  • A member of the Rehab’d team will make contact with you when an eligible spot is available. We will confirm that you are still happy to become an active provider and confirm you are set up to receive referrals.

  • You will need to complete the following prior to being able to receive work through the Rehab’d marketplace.

    Have your own ACN and ABN (We can help you with this)

    Have current registration with AHPRA

    Have current professional indemnity and public liability insurance

    Complete background check

  • Yes, once you have registered and are accepted as a Rehab’d contractor, you will be required to identify the days and hours you are available to receive work through the Rehab’d marketplace. Rehab’d will then refer you work required to be completed in the identified days. You will then be tasked with identifying the appropriate time.

  • Yes, Rehab’d provides you with the capacity to set your own service fees, however, as this is a marketplace, work will be sent first to the active providers who have the lowest set fees.

  • Yes, providers are eligible to change their service fees, however, any current work will remain at the price it was originally agreed to.

  • Rehab’d will receive feedback from each client to ensure appropriate service is delivered. Any continued negative feedback could impact ongoing referrals.

  • Yes, as a contractor you are responsible for your own equipment.

  • There is no required set uniform, however, we expect providers to be dressed in appropriate clothing (e.g. a polo shirt, dress shorts and/or pants)

  • Yes, contractors are able to subcontract work received through the Rehab’d marketplace. We would need each physiotherapists details who will be providing services along with their availabilities. All referrals will be sent though to you to then organise with your subcontractors.

  • Rehab’d can assist with finding other Physios to fill in and complete the sessions whilst you are away. We would need 4 weeks notice for this to occur. Similarly, you could subcontract the work to another Physio.

  • Rehab’d has been developed with the idea to provide variety to our members, along with earning extra income. We do not offer fulltime work to any of our active providers.

  • Limits to available days is not present when a Rehab’d provider is subcontracting to other providers. You are required to provide each providers availabilities if this is the case.
